Blackberry has a future, again

Seems the patents NTP placed their faith in to squeeze as much as possible out of RIM did not exactly hold water when reviewed by the American Patent Board.
In Germany, there was never an issue, the patent case was dismissed out of hand.

Well, that means I might be able to enjoy my 7290 for a while.
