New Orleans looking pretty bad

I´m not going to recount all the bad news. After some gloating from oddball politicians, Germans reacted in the usual way: sending money and oil.

The good thing is, the USofA is hardly any odd 3rd world country that has a hard time to cope with such a calamity. Or is it?
